How are shipping costs calculated?
Shipping costs are set with our sub-distributors or customers well in advance and these are optimized in order to fulfill the customer's demand. We don't want our customers to bear a heavy shipping charge for the items they order and hence we find solutions to best serve a customer's need based on their shipping location.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
MOQ or Minimum Order Quantity varies from product to product and also from location to location. For example, MOQ of 850 cases of SURE Water is set for our authorized distributors in Delhi/NCR region. Furthermore, MOQ varies for customers ordering a different product from our company.
